Order Cancellations & Returns Policy

At HARRY FOOD PROCESSING, we have an easy cancellation process available for all our esteemed customers.

We try our best to make our customers happy each time they shopping from us, we care that our customers have best experience with us. However, our best efforts to keep our customers happy, some time you may want to either cancel the order or return the product. We clear everything below about our Cancellation and Return policy so if you want to cancel order or return product you will not face any trouble.


Q: Can I cancel my order?

As soon as your order is confirmed, the process of picking, packaging, customizing and logistics is initiated and the ordered product in most cases has already passed through a couple of phases.

However, we provide our valuable customers order cancellation facility within 12 hours of placing it. We will refund your 100% money and a confirmation of it will be sent to you via e-mail. For cancellation of your order you need to email us at info@harrysfood.in. Cancellation requests are not accepted through phone or online chat services. Products ordered during our Annual sale cannot be cancelled once an order is placed.

Q: Cancellation after 12 hours of order placing.
  • Well, we have a provision for it. Orders cancelled after 12 hours of confirmation are dealt with on a case-to-case basis by HARRY FOOD PROCESSING.
  • We provide the refund for all such orders in the form of a Coupon Code. This Coupon Code is redeemable on our Website within a stipulated period from time of issuance.
  • Please note that it takes a maximum of 2 business days to cancel your order after receiving request of your cancellation.
  • In case if refund will be made, HARRY FOOD PROCESSING will deduct 15% of the final order value as processing and handling charges.
Q: Oops! I “forgot” adding a critical detail while placing the order. Can I correct it?

Don’t worry about it. in Such situations like shipping / billing details, measurement attributes inform us via email on info@harrysfood.in with updated detail within 12 hours.


Q: I received the order. But there’s an issue. Can I return my ordered items?

Yes you can, At HARRY FOOD PROCESSING we don’t believe in making customers, but strengthening our family with happy family members. Please reach out to us within 24 hours of receiving the order for reporting any complaints with regards to the product received. If product found with manufacturing defected, or wrong product or wrong taste received.

Return policy only applicable for manufacturing defects like the package is torn out or package is broken.

Q: Can I return the parcel without approval?

Kindly not dispatch the products before receiving a “Return Accepted” Confirmation email from us. We shall not accept any direct return without prior approval.

Q: Can I exchange the product with lower or higher value?

No, Once the order is confirmed and dispatched, there will not be any modifications. if the order is yet to be dispatched then it will be in hand of HARRY FOOD PROCESSING team and we assure you we will try our best to help you out. the remaining amount will be in refunded in terms of store credit.

Q: Which items cannot be exchanged or return?
  • All final sale items/offers zone category products are not returnable.
  • Custom made/stitched products are not returnable in any case.
  • Product must be in original condition, have not been worn, altered, washed or used and should be with all tags attached. Else they will not be applicable for exchange or return.
Q: What are the steps of returning any item?
  1. In case you have any complaints inform to HARRY FOOD PROCESSING within 24 hours of receiving the product.
  2. Return approval email from HARRY FOOD PROCESSING. You will receive e-mail from HARRY FOOD PROCESSING on confirming a Return Authorization, within 2-3 business days. Please do not ship items before you receive this email from us. Please note: In case needed, we request you for a digital picture of the item for our internal review to be able to process your request.
  3. Shipping back the items:
    • Please send the items to us preferably through a reputed, registered courier/airmail service only to avoid any transit related issues.
    • Please try and ensure that you retain all the packaging material along with the product. Do not remove tags, stickers, etc. Presence of original tags is a must to process returns.
    • Please do not forget to mark the packaging as “Defective Items for Returns” and not for sale.
  4. On receiving of your product at HARRY FOOD PROCESSING, our team will examine the products on return and identify the defects / variation as indicated by you.
  5. Post inspection of returned item, our Customer Care team will propose remedial solutions to you on a case to case basis as bellow.
  • Choosing an alternate product as a replacement of equal value.
  • Coupon Code to be used later for shopping on HARRY FOOD PROCESSING Website.
  • Refund as decided on a case to case basis.
